I have always been an old-house enthusiast. As a former physics teacher, I became fascinated by the mechanics and craftsmanship behind historic windows—how they were designed to balance, move, and last for generations.

After attending a window restoration workshop with Steve Quillian of Wood Window Makeover in Tampa, I began volunteering alongside him to help save windows that might otherwise have been discarded. The experience was transformative, and over time it inspired me to change careers and dedicate my work to preserving original structures.

Today, I restore historic windows and help homeowners bring their houses back to the way they were crafted by past artisans. I especially enjoy teaching people how to restore their own windows, giving them the skills and confidence to care for their homes themselves.

My mission is to help people understand the value of preserving what we already have rather than replacing it—because the craftsmanship of the past is worth saving.
