Window frames rotted by weather exposure are restored with custom cut parts to fit over restored trough and trim.
  • Rotted rails and weight pocket doors over missing trough and exterior sill and trim, open to roof edge.
  • First step is to cover and air seal the trough area, before restoring the sill, trough and trim in cedar.
  • Cedar trough and exterior sill for weather resistance and Douglas Fir weight pocket and frame replacement parts crafted to restore the appearance and full operation of the window unit.
  • The opposite side of the same window unit, one step farther along, with primer applied to sill and trough.
