Calling all creators and innovators in the window restoration industry! The Window Preservation Alliance is seeking vendors to be a part of the largest annual conference yet in Westbrook, Maine – just 10 minutes from Portland! We are expecting between 100 to 150 attendees at this event.

Applications will be reviewed and approved as they are received. Space is limited and we will continue to accept applications first-come, first-served until booth spaces are filled. Your application is not finalized until it is approved. If the committee chooses not to approve an application, all fees will be refunded.

Booth Fees

• Members: $500
• Non-Members: $650

Before submitting an application, please review the following information:

• You may only display and sell products representative of those in your application materials.

• We will have all of the vendors underneath one large tent.

• We will provide each vendor with one 6’ table and one chair.

• Set-up will be from 6-8 AM on Friday, October 7th.

• Breakdown will be from 8 AM to Noon on Sunday, October 9th.

• Electricity may be provided upon request.

• Vendors have the option of manning their booths or leaving it unattended if they choose to do so. We will have volunteers on hand who can watch over your tables if you would like to take a break or attend a workshop.

• Vendors are all required to staff their booth at these specific times: 12:15-1:15 PM both Friday and Saturday, and during Saturday's designated “trade show” from 4-6 PM.

• Vendors may attend any workshops throughout the conference.

• Breakfast, lunch, and Saturday evening’s lobster bake will be included for one person.
  
• Vendors may bring assistance for an additional $80 per person (meals included). You will have the option to add staff in the registration form.
• WiFi may not be readily available. We are working to resolve this issue if possible and will keep you updated.
• In order to ensure an accurate event brochure, the deadline for payment is August 12, 2022. We will make every effort to include vendors in the brochure if they reserve after that date, but we cannot guarantee it.
  
• Cancellation Policy: 50% refund before August 15, 2022. No refunds after this date.
• The conference will be held rain or shine. No refunds are provided for inclement weather. Be sure your booth is prepared to withstand a variety of weather conditions including wind and rain.
• A private company will be hired to provide overnight security both Friday and Saturday night. For peace of mind, we recommend taking any valuable or sentimental items with you when you leave each day. Bagala Window Works, the Window Preservation Alliance, and the City of Westbrook are not responsible for any theft or damage.

• COVID-19 Policy: We are following the Maine CDC and Federal CDC guidelines to ensure we are doing what we can on our part to assist in the health and safety of our colleagues and community. We will be sure to have plenty of hand sanitizer available at conference locations and will keep areas cleaned and sanitized as best we can. If you are not feeling well at conference time, please test yourself for the Covid virus as a courtesy to your fellow attendees. We suggest attendees follow whatever personal safety protocols you are most comfortable with for your own health and safety as you enjoy the conference and the wonderful state of Maine.
